KWIATKOWSKI: Pauline Yvonne (nee Simard) -
A resident of Blenheim, and formerly of Lighthouse Cove, Pauline Kwiatkowski passed away peacefully at home, with her family at her side on Friday, January 5, 2018 at the age of 79.
Born in Tilbury, Pauline was the daughter of the late Leo and Elizabeth (Damphouse) Simard.
Beloved wife of 55 years to Theodore Kwiatkowski.
Loving mother of Crystal Provost (Peter Johnston) of Sombra.
Dear sister to Dorothy and Annette. Predeceased by her brother Verne and her step-sister Helen.
Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Pauline enjoyed fishing, campfires, and catching up with friends and family on the phone.
As per Pauline's wishes, her family will remember her privately.
Donations made in memory of Pauline to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
