Obituary of Micheal Arnold

Arnold, Micheal Melvin - of Ridgetown, formerly of Chatham, passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Hospice on Sunday January 28, 2018. Loving husband of Evelyn Loraine (nee Bovin) for 48 years. Beloved father of Victoria and husband David Bergie of Ancaster and Pamella and husband Maurice Velle of Louisville. Grandpa of Morgan and Emma Bergie and Andrew Velle.

Brother of Donald (Kay) Arnold of New Brunswick, Joan (late Ronald) Smith of Cambridge, and Pat (Roy) Longfield of London.

Will be missed by his many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Mike worked for Siemens and later for Fabco as a fork-truck mechanic. He was also a member of Emmanuel Congregational Church, Ridgetown.

Memorial Visitation will be held at Emmanuel Congregational Church, Erie St. North Ridgetown, on Thursday February 1, 2018 from 1-3pm with a Memorial Service following at 3pm. Spring interment of cremated remains will be held in the Arnold Cemetery, Chatham.
