BUSHEY: James Louis -
A lifelong resident of Chatham, James Bushey passed away at the Copper Terrace Long Term Care Home with his wife and daughter at his side on Saturday, April 7, 2018 at the age of 75.
Born in Chatham, James was the son of the late Arthur and Mary (Rylett) Bushey.
Beloved husband of 44 years to Jean (nee Bender).
Loving father of Julie Ross (Jeff) and Deborah Gates (Ross King), both of Chatham and the late Stephen Brian Gates (1978).
Dear grandfather of Lindsay Ross (Tyler Smith) of Chatham and Sarah Ross (David Leonard) of London.
Great-grandfather to Claire and Alex.
Predeceased by his sister Shirley Holland (Roy).
Brother-in-law to Rose Gayle of the United Kingdom.
Uncle to Bree Robins, Bryce Holland and the late Bradley Holland. Also survived by many nieces and nephews in the United Kingdom.
Cremation has taken place with a private family gathering to be held at a later date.
Donations made in memory of James to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
