GRESTY: Mabel Almeda (nee McLean)
A resident of Chatham, and formerly of Ridgetown, Mabel Gresty passed away a Maple City Retirement Residence, with her family at her side on Friday, April 13, 2018 at the age of 97. Born in Thamesville, Mabel was the daughter of the late John Orford and Priscilla Almeda (Clayton) McLean.
Beloved wife of the late Alfred Gresty (1991).
Loving mother to Patricia Sales of Chatham. Predeceased by her daughter Mabel Oakes, her son Marvin Gresty and two grandchildren Allan Gresty and Brian Oakes.
Proud Gramma of 10 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by five brothers and three sisters.
Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Cremation has taken place with a private family service to be held at Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown at a later date.
