VanRoboys: Larry Rene -
A resident of Chatham, Larry VanRoboys passed away at the London Health Sciences Centre - University Hospital with family at his side on Monday, June 4, 2018 at the age of 76.
Born in Chatham, Larry was the son of the late Harry and Mary (Vandervliet) VanRoboys.
Loving fiance to Betty Mason and loved by her daughter Melissa (Pete) and granddaughter Olivia.
Father to Denise Vroom (Eric) of Kearney, Janice Mills (Troy) of Chatham, and Heather Lehman (Ron)of London.
Grandpa to Blake Padbury, Renee Lehman and Emma Lehman.
Larry drove truck all over North America and retired after 30 years of service. He loved boating, and could often be found at Mitchell's Bay and Erieau.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Sunday, June 10, 2018 from 10:00 - 11:00 am. A Private Family Service will follow.
Donations made in memory of Larry to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation, Habitat for Humanity and London Health Sciences Foundation - London Regional Cancer Program would be appreciated.
