RICHARDS: Mary -
A resident of Chatham, Mary Richards passed away at Copper Terrace Long Term Care Home on Friday, July 6, 2018 at the age of 93.
Born in Harwich Township, Mary was the daughter of the late John and Veter (Keiver) Richards.
Dear sister to the late Lola Miner. Cherished aunt of Shirley Knapp of Chatham. Great-aunt to Lisa Knapp and Todd Knapp, both of Toronto.
Also missed by extended family and friends. Mary was a veteran, serving in the Royal Canadian Air Force all over the world. She worked as a legal secretary for many years in Chatham.
Mary was a very philanthropic person and would give to anyone she felt was in need.
As per Mary's wishes, a private family interment at Maple Leaf Cemetery will be held at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Mary to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
