A resident of Chatham, Randy Ellwood passed away surrounded by his loving family on Friday, August 10, 2018 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance - Chatham Campus in his 61st year.
Randy was the son of the late Stanley (the late Jean) & the late Gladys (nee Lanoue) Ellwood.
Beloved husband of Catherine Ellwood (nee Vereecken)
Father of Jason Ellwood (Stephanie) of Petrolia.
Grandpa of Josiah & Dexter.
Brother of Gary Ellwood (Willa), Darlene Libert, Barbie Demers (Ray), Connie Wrotkowski & Mark Ellwood (Annette). Predeceased by sisters, Gayle Lloyd & Janice Eves.
Son-in-law of Joseph & Rose Vereecken and brother-in-law of Cheryl-Ann Fisher (Robert), Linda Vereecken & Lee Saker.
Missed by many nieces, nephews & extended family.
Family to receive friends on Monday, August 13, 2018 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. A Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Tuesday at 11:00 am. Burial to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
Donations in memory of Randy may be made to the Windsor Regional Hospital - Metropolitan Campus Cancer Clinic or charity of one's choice.
