Ouellette, Raymond "Ray"
A resident of Chatham, Raymond "Ray" Ouellette passed away at the Windsor Regional Hospital - Ouellette Campus on Thursday, October 4, 2018 in his 70th year.
Raymond was the son of the late Gerard & Beulah (nee Myers) Ouellette.
Devoted husband of 49 years to Linda (nee Fox) Ouellette.
Loving father of Andrea Brearley (Jeff White) of Windsor and Bryon Ouellette (Christine) of Ruscom Station.
Grandfather of Jaxon & Jordyn Brearley, Abby & Nolan White, Parker Ouellette, and Madison & Logan Peltier.
Brother of Betty Hummer of London, Gary & Wendy Ouellette of Newbury, Randy Ouellette of St. Catherines and Mark & Bonita Ouellette of Priceville.
Son-in-law of Georgena Fox of Wallaceburg & brother-in-law of Carol Mabey (David) of Port Lambton.
He will be missed by many nieces & nephews.
Ray was the proud owner of Memory Lane Restorations in Thamesville and was a car & collectible enthusiast. He was a devoted coach for both men & woman slow pitch baseball leagues in Chatham, was the king of one-liners & never left home without his suspenders. He will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and colleagues.
The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the Windsor Regional Hospital nursing staff of the 5th floor & ICU.
Family to receive friends on Tuesday, October 9, 2018 at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham from 2:00 - 4:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm. A Funeral Service to take place on Wednesday at 10:00 am at the Funeral Home. Burial to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
Donations may be made to the Windsor Regional Hospital ICU - Ouellette Campus.
