Obituary of Ina 'June' Bosman

BOSMAN: Ina 'June' (nee Brisseau) -

Passed away peacefully at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Sunday, December 16, 2018 at the age of 90.

June was the beloved wife of Russel Bosman and daughter of the late Roy and May (Carson) Brisseau.

Loving mother of David Vannatter (Alicia), the late Leslee Legue (2010) (Jim), Debra Vannatter (Paul) and Tracy Parent (Carl). Step-mother of Susan Fujii (Steve) and Kathy Gadd (Corzell).

Cherished grandmother of Stacie, Bronson, Brandon, Tyler, Trent, Vanessa, Kelsey, Brett, Nate, Parker, Erik and Ellen. Great-Grandma to Elaina, Ian, Logan, Isla and Liam.

Predeceased by her infant sister Lois, brother Lorne Brisseau (Marilyn), brother-in-law Claire Bosman, son-in-law Daniel Newton and step-father Heiman Williams.

Also missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.

June was born in Middleton Township, Norfolk County, Ontario, on February 12, 1928. She was a member of the Wallaceburg Trinity United Church, the Kinette and Curling Club. She was a volunteer at the Chatham General Hospital.

Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 from 4:30 - 6:30 pm and on Thursday from 10:00 am until the Service at 11:00 am with Rev. Michael Maroney officiating. Cremation has taken place.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in memory of June to the Schizophrenia Society or the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
