Robert James "Robby" Robertson
A resident of Chatham, Robby passed away surrounded by his family at Hotel Dieu-Grace Hospital - Windsor on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 in his 70th year.
Born in Windsor, Robby was the son of the late George & Norma Robertson.
Dearly missed by wife, Claire Denomme, and his daughter, Chantale.
Devoted brother of G. Dennis Robertson (Nancy) of Kingsville, the late Lee Robertson, Norma Jean Carney (Wayne) of Ireland, Karen Robertson (Rick Webber) of Harrow and Joseph Robertson of Chatham.
Survived by sister-in-law, Laura Robertson of Saanich, BC.
Missed by many nieces, & nephews.
Robby was a talented musician and published author. He was a member of the Chatham Militia during his teenage years and more recently was a member of the Masons, Royal Canadian Legion Branch 642 and enjoyed spending time with his friends in the Northern Riders Motorcycle Group. He will be missed by many.
Family to receive friends on Monday, March 25, 2019 from 11:00 am until a Funeral Service for Robby at 1:00 pm. Burial to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery.
In memory of Robby, donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
