McNeilage, Jean Eileen (nee Arnold)
A resident of Chatham, Jean Eileen McNeilage passed away on Saturday, May 4, 2019 at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance in her 103rd year.
Born November 16, 1916, Jean was the daughter of the late Gordon & Maud (nee McWilliam) Arnold.
Beloved wife of the late Donald Fletcher McNeilage (1971).
Loving mother of Jim McNeilage (Gail) of Eberts, Eileen McNeilage of Eberts, and the late Vourneen McNeilage (2014).
Grandmother of Tara Greenway and the late Blair (2014).
Great-grandmother of 6.
Great-great-grandmother of 4.
Sister of Pauline Springstead (the late Roy) of Cobourg, the late Kathleen Snobelen (1993) (the late John), the late Mac Arnold (1984) (the late Norma) and the late Douglas Arnold (1998) (Betty).
She will be missed by many nieces & nephews.
Jean was a lifetime member of Chalmers United Church (Lindsay Road United) and was a member of the UCW. She enjoyed quilting, genealogy and traveling.
As per Jean's wishes, cremation has taken place.
In memory of Jean, donations may be made to Lindsay Road United Church.
