Obituary of Roy 'Rosie' Baldwick
BALDWICK: Roy "Rosie" Edward -
A resident of Chatham, Roy Baldwick passed away at the Meadow Park Nursing Home on Monday, May 20, 2019 at the age of 81.
Born in Woodstock, Roy was the son of the late Clifford and Evelyn (Childs) Baldwick.
Brother to Steven Herbert Baldwick. Predeceased by his brother Robert Clifford Baldwick. Also missed by many friends and extended family.
Roy was inducted into the Chatham Maroon Heart and Soul Wall of Fame in 2003.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Sunday, May 26, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm. A Funeral Service will be held at the Funeral Home at 11:00 am on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 with Stephen Murphy and Paul O'Brien officiating. Interment to follow at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
Special thanks to the Junior Maroons, the staff at Meadow Park and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints for their friendship over the years and to Jack and Maureen Newman and Jane and Gordon New for their special care of Roy throughout his life.
