Barbara Gail Cooke
Passed away at age 83 at home with her loving husband Bill of 63 years. Survived by Steven (Lisa deceased) of Chatham, Dave and Debbie of Timmins and Shelley-Jane (deceased) and Ken Dignam. Loving Mimi to grandchildren Jaime of Orillia (Ian), Dale (Andra) of Hamilton, Katey (Patrick) and Carley Dignam of Toronto, Sarah (Mike) and Christopher of Timmins. Great grandchildren Bella, Sophie, Alex, Casey and Carter.
Member of the Ridgetown Golf Club, and past President of the Ridgetown Curling Club, Gail was a true sports fan who loved both playing and watching - especially when it came to cheering on her Blue Jays. Gifted with a green thumb, you’d often find Gail tending to her always impressive garden during the summer months. Her quick wit coupled with an encyclopedic knowledge of just about everything, left all who met Gail in stitches.
Special Thanks to the home care given by Andrea, Becky, and Nurse Lou Anne whose help was invaluable.
A Celebration of Gail's Life will be held at the Ridgetown Legion on Saturday, July 20, 2019 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm.
