Obituary of Shirley Lowes
A resident of Chatham, Shirley passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on July 23, 2019 at the age of 87.
Born in Windsor Ontario, Shirley was the daughter of the late David and Marie (Bondy) Armaly.
Sadly missed by her children, Brian (Cor) Lowes of Tilbury, Julie Lowes of Chatham, Mark Lowes, Matthew (Grace) Lowes of Chatham and predeceased son Bill Lowes (1977).
Loving grandmother to Danielle Lowes, and Evan (Chantelle) Lowes.
Beloved sister to Robert (late Donna) Armaly of Chatham, Dave Jr. (late Nancy) Armaly of Chatham, Doris Bedford of Chatham, Rosemary (Jerry) Kalfayan of Florida and predeceased by sister Betty Jean Armaly (1951).
Shirley would like to thank all her friends and family who gave many hours of their time visiting and taking her shopping and many, many other activities. She was so grateful for their friendships.
The family is honouring Shirley's wishes to be cremated without a visitation or funeral service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Red Cross Home-Care or a Charity of your choice would be appreciated.
A private graveside interment will take place at a later date.
