A resident of Chatham, Dean Robinson passed away at his home on Wednesday, November 27, 2019 in his 42nd year. 

Born July 7, 1977, Dean was the son of Brenda Robinson (nee Welch) of Chatham and the late Roy Robinson (1986). 

Beloved husband of Sarah Robinson (nee Brown) of Chatham. 

Dean was a loving father and will be remembered always by his children; Ava, Kira & Iain. 

Loving brother of Dawn Male (nee Robinson) (Todd) of Windsor. 

Brother-in-law of Sabrina Annis & Jeff Brown. 

Uncle of Tyler, Laura, Garrett, Grace & Colton.

Nephew of the late Jean Smith (Jay), the late Helen Francis, Sheila Manninger (Dave), Anne Gibson (Clyde) & Pat McCaffrey (John).

Son-in-law of William Douglas Brown (Myra) & Beverly Brown (nee Carnegie).

Missed by many friends and acquaintances throughout Minor Sports within Chatham-Kent. 

Dean was actively involved, himself and through his children, in Minor Sports including baseball, hockey, & football. He loved watching his beloved Detroit Redwings, Lions & Tiger games. He will be greatly missed by all those that knew and loved him, especially around the ballpark & rink. 

Family to receive friends on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham from 2:00 - 4:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm. Those coming for visitation are welcome to wear their favorite sports Jersey in memory of Dean. A Funeral Service will take place at the Funeral Home on Monday at 11:00 am. Cremation to follow. 

In memory of Dean, donations may be made towards an Educational Fund for the Robinson children (cash only), to the Canadian Diabetes Association or to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
