Obituary of Joan Marie Reid

Reid, Joan Marie (nee Morton) Joan passed away peacefully with her family by her side at Chatham Retirement Resort on Thursday, December 19, 2019 at the age of 87. Joan was born in Chatham on August 24, 1932 and was the daughter of the late William and Marjorie (nee Cott) Morton. Beloved wife of the late Charles Reid (2012). Loving mother of Keith and his wife Peggy Barnwell of Brampton, Nancy Standard (nee Barnwell) of Chatham, Pam (nee Reid) and her husband Brian Brooks of Thorndale and the late Gary Barnwell (1986). Sadly missed by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Dear sister-in-law of Mary Morton and Carolyn Morton. Predeceased by her brothers, Donald Morton and Douglas Morton. A private family service has been held and final arrangements have been entrusted to the McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham, ON.
