Obituary of Annie Theresa Myslik

Myslik: Annie Theresa (Mahdal) - A resident of Blenheim, Annie Myslik passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at the Tilbury Manor Nursing Home on February 9, 2020 at the age of 93. Born in Raleigh Township, Annie was the daughter of the late Joseph and Maria Mahdal. Beloved wife of 62 years to the late Frank J. Myslik (2008). Loving mother to Dan (Dianne) Myslik of Blenheim, Steve Myslik (Bonnie Fraser) of Blenheim, Anne Marie (Lee) Hedrick of Blenheim, and Angela (Harvey) McKay of Chatham. Predeceased by daughter Marianne Hatch (2018). Mother in law to Robert Hatch. Grandmother to Jennifer, Michele, Victoria, Nicole, Christopher, Jeffrey, Frank, Michael, Mariah, and Brenden. Great grandmother to Zachary, Audrey, Olivia, Sofia. Sister to Pat (late Ed) Burk and predeceased by siblings Mary (Tony) Vanek, Tom (Mary) Bednarik, Betty (Frank) Ricica, Frances (Jerry) Zoula, and Joe Mahdal. Sister in law to Mary (late Joe) Myslik. Annie will be remembered for her love of Bingo, playing at the casino, gardening and helping on the family farm. The family would like to give a special thank you to the staff of Tilbury Manor for all their extended care of Annie over the past few years. Visitation will take place on Wednesday February 12, 2020 at McKinlay Funeral Home, 141 Park St. Blenheim, from 2:00 pm - to 4:00 pm and from 7:00 pm - to 9:00 pm with Vigil Prayers taking place at 7:00pm. A funeral mass will be held the following day at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Blenheim at 10:00 am with Father John Juhl officiating. Interment will take place at Evergreen Cemetery following the service. Donations made in memory of Annie to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
