Obituary of Florence Dreveny

Dreveny, Florence Mary (nee Kominek) - A longtime resident of Blenheim, Florence Mary Dreveny passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 9, 2020 at Blenheim Community Nursing Home, 4 days past her 86th birthday. Born in Chatham, Florence was the daughter of the late Florian and Rosie (nee Zruna) Kominek. Beloved wife of the late Frank Dreveny and dear mother of Gary Dreveny (Maryann) and Dan Dreveny (Gail). Remembered always by her grandchildren, Jason Dreveny (Danielle), David Dreveny, Jennifer Dreveny and by her great-grandchildren Reese, Kayla, Rowan, Bryton and Carter. Predeceased by her brothers Charlie Kominek (late Audrey) and the late Joseph Kominek. Survived by her sister-in-law, Nancy Kominek and missed by many nieces and nephews. Florence enjoyed passing the time crocheting and drawing. In keeping with Florence's wishes, cremation has taken place with a Private Family Interment at a later date in Evergreen Cemetery.
