Obituary of Betty Ann Woudenberg

Woudenberg, Betty Ann (nee Gregory) A longtime resident of Blenheim, Betty Woudenberg passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Sunday April 26, 2020 at the age of 82. Born in Chatham, Betty was the daughter of the late Raymond and Margaret (nee Everitt) Gregory. Beloved wife of the late Bert Woudenberg (2002). She will live always in the hearts of her children Margaret Woudenberg (Christopher Cornwall), Mary Burchiel (Willy Deschryver), and Robert Woudenberg. Remembered always by her grandchildren Eric (Heather) Dehn, Andrew (Andrea) Dehn, Jason Burchiel, and Jamie Burchiel. Also loved by her great grandsons Brycen, Zachary, Landyn Dehn, and Jackson Burchiel. Survived by her sister Ruth Mulhern (late Joseph), brother-in-law John Speller (late Shirley), and sister-in-law Joan Gregory (late James) along with brothers, sisters, brother-in-laws, and sister-in-law of the late Bert Woudenberg. Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends. Special thank you to all VON and Bayshore staff, Kati Fenton and Kathy Woudenberg for the care our mom received and to the nurses and doctors of Chatham-Kent Health Alliance and Tilbury District Health Team. A private family service will take place at McKinlay Funeral Home with Rev. Eric Skillings officiating. A private family interment at Evergreen Cemetery will follow the service.
