Obituary of Joseph Arnold McDowell

McDowell, Joseph Arnold A longtime resident of Sarnia, Joseph McDowell passed away at his residence on Monday, May 18, 2020 at the age of 75. Born in Windsor on June 12, 1944, he was the son of the late Ronald & Eva McDowell. Remembered always by his children; Michelle Crummy, and husband Wade, and Kevin McDowell, and fiancée Heather. Dear grandfather of Jessica Oxley, Luke & Kurt Crummy and Jennifer Shaw & Zachary McDowell. Missed by brothers; David McDowell (Alice), Harry McDowell (Barbara) & Edward McDowell. Predeceased by brother, Robert McDowell. Joseph worked many positions throughout his life and most recently worked as an Orderly with St. Joseph's Hospital in Sarnia. You could always find him at every Sarnia Legionnaires Hockey game and was a former member of both the Sarnia and Chatham Royal Canadian Legions. In keeping with Joseph's wishes, cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life at a later date.
