Obituary of Larry Douglas Stover

A resident of Chatham, Larry Douglas Stover passed away peacefully with his wife Carol by his side on Sunday, June 7, 2020 at Meadow Park Nursing Home, Chatham. Born March 12, 1943, Larry was the son of the late Robert Neil & Gladys Marie (nee Pardo) Stover. Beloved husband of Carol Anne Stover (nee Schwarz). Dear father of Casey Stover, and wife Ashley. Remembered always by his grandchildren, Olivia & Jackson. Predeceased by his sister, Donna Marie Dolsen and brother, Robert Jr (the Marie). Brother-in-law of Marguerite Wattenburg, Bill Schwarz (Dianne), Johnny Schwarz (Gerri), Joanne Charron (Gene), Douglas Schwarz and the late Terry Schwarz. Sadly missed by many nieces and nephews. Larry was an avid hunter and fisherman. In his younger years, he spent over 40 years at his trailer in Sunny Beach. When he was not at the trailer, he could be found hitting the Links at the Indian Creek Golf Course. The Stover family would like to extend their sincere thank you to Dr. Biondi and the staff of Meadow Park Nursing Home for the exceptional care at this time. In keeping with Larry's wishes and in light of current events, cremation has taken place with a Celebration of Life to take place at a later date.
