Parker-Miller, Pauline (nee Parker) A resident of Chatham, Pauline Parker-Miller passed away on Monday, June 15, 2020 at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home, with her daughter by her side, one week shy of her 99th birthday. Born on June 22, 1921 in Toronto, she was daughter of the late Joseph & May (nee Van Dusen) Parker. She will be deeply missed by her son, Dwight Anderson (Margaret) of Chatham, her daughter Staccie Reid (Cecil) of London, three grandchildren; Christopher Anderson, Stephanie Anderson, Desiree Reid and five great-grandchildren; Zoe, Mia, Aidan, Dwight and Pierce. She is predeceased by her sisters, Gladys Hilda Brooks and Margaret Kendrick, her husband Richard Miller (1996) and her former husband, James Anderson (1979). Pauline had many faceted work life, both in Chatham at T. Eaton & Co, Spencer Stone and Beaver Lumber, and, in Detroit, Michigan at Sak's 5th Avenue and Bon Wit Teller. In her retirement years, she enjoyed providing a home for Donnie, Bill and Fred through her service to Community Living. A Private Celebration of Pauline's life will take place on Thursday, June 18th, 2020 with cremation to follow - Rev. Tracey Thomas of Campbell A.M.E. Church, celebrant. In keeping with Provincial Regulations, face coverings are mandatory at this time - please keep this in mind while attending the Service.
