Obituary of Linda Kathleen Legue
Linda Legue, of Blenheim, passed away suddenly at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Saturday, August 8th, 2020.
Linda was a beloved family member and a friend to many. Daughter of the late Gladys (2006) and John (1995) Alderton. Sister to Ronald Alderton (Ronnie) whom she loved and adored with her whole heart. Sister to James Alderton, Lloyd Alderton, and Mary Ellen Lockyer.
Linda worked at the Southwestern Regional Centre for many years and was enjoying her retirement. She was full of life; enjoyed walks on the beach searching for beach glass, thrift shopping, travelling and Sunday dinners with her family playing cards with the one`s she loved not related by blood, but by heart.
She will be most missed by her adopted family. Sheila (Keith) Creusot and the sparkle in her eyes, her grandchildren, Royce and Anthonie Creusot. As Grams (Linda) always said "blood doesn't make a family, love does".
As per Linda`s wishes cremation will take place. Those wishing to make a donation in her memory are asked to consider donating to Christian Horizons. Online condolences may be left at www.mckinlayfuneralhome.com
