Obituary of Theresa Eileen Gagner

Theresa Eileen Gagner (nee Bird) passed away at Riverview Gardens, Chatham, on Monday, August 10^th, 2020, at the age of 74.

Theresa will be dearly missed by her children Lisa Barry (Joe), and Jason Gagner; grandchildren Sheyna (Nathan) Moynahan, Tanner Barry, and Shyla Gagner; her great grandson Hayden Moynahan, and her 2 great granddaughters Sophia and Blayke Moynahan.

She will be forever remembered by her nephews Joe Herreweyers, Rick Bird, her niece Kelly Clark (Jeff), sister-in-law Carol Bird, and Special Friend Rose

Predeceased by her mother Eileen Bird, father Leo Bird, brother Fred Bird, and sister Doreen Freeman

Theresa was an active member of Our Lady Help of Christians Parish in Wallaceburg for many years before moving to Chatham.  She enjoyed knitting, listening to music, colouring, volunteering, and spending time with her family.

Visitation will be on Friday, August 14^th, 2020 from 6pm until the time of the Funeral Service at 7pm. Cremation to follow, with interment in Riverview Cemetery, Wallaceburg, at a later date.

In lieu of flowers please consider a donation, payable by cheque, to the Canadian Diabetes Association or the Canadian Mental Health Association, Lambton-Kent Branch.

The family would like to thank everyone involved in helping Theresa to keep pushing each day over the past 3 years.  Thank You to the PSW's and nurses at Riverview Gardens Long Term Care Floor 3W in Chatham, Tilbury Manor Long Term Care, L.H.S.C. University Hospital, and the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance.
