Jim, Margaret, Michelle, Jen & children, Rachel & family, we were saddened by the news of Neill's passing. My last photo on my cell was taken at the Branch of Margaret and Neill dancing, never to removed. I met Neill when I joined Elgin Construction in 2016. I have worked with him every year since and he was always eager to help us with anything I asked for. He always had a smile and a good spirit.
