Hoskins, Mary Joanne Jeannette (nee De Kievit)
A resident of Ridgetown, Mary Hoskins peacefully passed away surrounded by her loving family at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance on Tuesday, September 29, 2020 in her 77th year.
Mary was the daughter of the late Dennis & Maria (nee Wijsman) De Kievit.
She is reunited with her beloved husband, Leonard Hoskins (2000).
Mary will be remembered always by her children, Annette Gotelaer (Tom) & Kevin Hoskins (Shannon), her grandchildren, Mackenzie & Aly Gotelaer and Zack & Ethan Hoskins.
Sister of Nellie Wijsman (the late Nick), John De Kievit (the late Tina), Dick De Kievit (Tina), Joe De Kievit, Diane VanDusen (Ralph) and Anne Vandebeld (Dave).
Sister-in-law of Pat Wells (Gord), Bob Hoskins (Gloria), Brian Hoskins (Lis), and Dennis Hoskins.
Missed by many nieces, nephews and extended family.
Mary could often be found at the Chatham Casino or over in Port Huron shopping for her grandchildren. She was an interior painter for over 30 years and made many friends during that time. Mary always looked forward to gatherings and holidays spent with her family. Her loving laughter and sense of humour will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, extended family and many friends.
A Private Family Service will take place with cremation to follow. Private Family Interment to take place in St. Michael's Cemetery, Ridgetown.
