Obituary of Nancy Anne Kernohan
Nancy Anne Kernohan passed away at St. Joseph’s Hospice, London, on Saturday, October 17th, 2020 after her courageous battle with cancer.
Loving wife of Ritchie Barlow, missed by her children Jamie and Tricia Kernohan. She was the proudest grandma of sweet little Hazley Kernohan.
Daughter of the late Jacob Schieman, and Joyce & Rick Pilon. Sister to Jackie Schieman (Jon) of London, Cheryl Buitenhuis (Jeremy) of Chatham, and Jeff Schieman (Leigh Ann) of Ridgetown. Beloved aunt of Jenny Winter (Kye), Emily, Jacob, & Derek Schieman; Megan, Matthew, & Everett Barlow. Daughter-in-law of Bob & Janice Barlow. Sister-in-law to Phil Barlow (Sharon) of Ailsa Craig, Ian Barlow (Jennifer) of Aylmer, and Carl Barlow (Michelle) of Burlington.
A proud member of the “Fabulous 4” that were her best friends, soul sisters, and holders of her heart.
Nancy loved to play bingo, go fishing, and gather with family & friends for every occasion. She enjoyed time spent at the Ridgetown Legion for karaoke, and meat draws. She also loved her dogs Teeka & Tonka, and spending time outside in her flower gardens.
Her greatest joy was having Tricia home with her, blessing both her and Ritchie with Hazley, their beautiful granddaughter.
Nancy was very fond of her backyard campfires with her Captain, named Morgan.
Friends and family will be received at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown, on Friday, October 23rd, 2020. Private interment will take place on Saturday afternoon in Greenwood Cemetery, Ridgetown.

The Bereavement Authority of Ontario has mandated that those in attendance must wear a mask.
