BROWN, Clifford "Cliff"
On November 3rd, 2020 Clifford "Cliff" Brown passed away peacefully at his residence with family by his side at the age of 93.
Beloved husband of 71 years to Dorothy Rose (nee Owen).
Loving father to Mark and Susan (Stan) Botterill.
Grandpa to Trevor (Carli), Jessica (Bryan), Eric (Anastasia), Sarah (Jeff), Jaclyn (Andrew), Stanley (Donna), Tammy (Scott), Tina (Andrew), Corey (Krista) and Joel (Sarah)
Great-grandfather to 20 great-grandchildren.
Brother to Ila May (Murray) Johnson.
Predeceased by brothers Chuck Brown, Doug (late Marilyn "Butch") Brown and sister June (late Bill) Barnes.
Cherished in-law to the late Bill Owen, the late Alea Owen, and the late Norman (Jeanette) Owen.
Will be missed by numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
Cliff was an avid hunter, fisherman and spent every summer at the cottage he built with Dorothy on Manitoulin Island. Family gatherings and reunions were a highlight to him. He worked at Maple Leaf Mills for over 35 years.
A graveside service for Cliff will take place at 1:00pm Monday, November 9th, 2020 at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham. Those wishing to attend are asked to sign up at the following link https://signup.com/go/CLNofas or to call the funeral home at 519-351-2040.
