Obituary of Mary Lou Brown
Peacefully at the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on Tuesday, January 26th, 2021, Mary Louise Simona “Mary Lou” Brown (nee DeCloedt) passed away at the age of 96.
Beloved wife of 73 years to Wilfred Brown.
Cherished mother of Bill & Betty Brown. Dear grandmother of Kimberly Popp. Forever remembered by her great grandchildren, and great great grandchildren.
Loved sister of Alphonsine & Alfred Joyce, and Maurice & Rose Vynckier. Mary Lou is survived by many niece and nephews.
Thank you to the 5th Floor Staff of the St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital for the care and compassion shown to Mary Lou.
A Private Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, January 30th, 2021 at 1pm. The service will be livestreamed at www.mckinlayfuneralhome.com. Cremation to follow.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Mary Lou’s memory may be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
