Obituary of Leroy Gore
Peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 6th, 2021, Leroy Gore passed away in his 87th year.
Beloved husband of 66 years to Evelyn Gore (nee Crow).
Loving father of Len Gore (Linda), Gail Herder (Carl), Gerry Gore (Karen), and Bob Gore (Linda).
Leroy will be forever remembered by his grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
Survived by his sister Joyce Bowls (Reginald).
Predeceased by his siblings Alf Gore, Edgar Gore, Fran Gore, and Louise Whittington.
He will be missed by his nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Leroy loved the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. He owned several horses through the years and had a passion for harness racing. Not afraid of long conversations, Leroy was always eager to visit.
A Private Family Gathering will be held on the evening of Friday, April 9th, 2021. Cremation to follow.
Donations to Community Living Chatham-Kent would be greatly appreciated by both Leroy, and his grandsons Derek, and Brett.
