Obituary of Peggy Parker
PARKER, Margaret "Peggy" Rose...
Surrounded by family after a lengthy illness, Margaret "Peggy" Rose Parker passed away on May 5, 2021 at Chatham Kent Health Alliance - Chatham campus at the age of 77.
Beloved wife of the late Nelson J. Parker (2005).
Dearest mother Vicky and Kurt Whitehall, Penny and Dale Cowell, and Terry and Kelly Parker.
Nana to Daryl (Juan-Pierre) deConing, Cara (Steve) Hunter, Chad (Nikki) Reaume, Sawyer and Ty Parker, Brandon (Cassie) Cowell.
Great-Nana to Gabriel, Reece, Harper, Nickolus, Chase, Penny, Campbell and Leighton.
Will be greatly missed by many extended family members.
Peggy worked in retail the majority of her life, at least 42 years. Once Peggy retired, she enjoyed playing cards with Euchre and Pepper being her favourites. The rest of her time was spent with her pride and joy, her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In following with Peggy's wishes, there will be no service. Cremation has taken place. Peggy will be reunited with her loving husband, Nelson at the Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham mausoleum.
Donations in memory of Peggy may be made to Community Living Chatham or a charity of your choice.
