CANNIFF: Mark Clayton -
A resident of Chatham, Mark Canniff passed away suddenly on Friday, July 16, 2021 at the age of 63.
Born in Chatham, Mark was the son of the late Lyle and Doreen (Littlejohn) Canniff.
Beloved husband of 43 years to Heather (nee McFadden).
Loving father of Katelyn Canniff (David Slichter).
Dear brother of Craig Canniff (Barb) of Kingsville, Kevin Canniff (Janet) of Dresden and Darrin Canniff (Christine) of Chatham-Kent.
Predeceased by his brothers Paul Canniff (2019) and Brent Canniff (1996).
Brother-in-law to Curtis McFadden (Glenda), Beth Nevills (Ken) and Stuart McFadden (Tammy).
Son-in-law to Lorna (Keith Broad) and the late Leonard McFadden.
Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Mark was a lifelong music lover and guitar player. Heather and Katelyn were his greatest joy in life. Mark will be remembered for his big heart and gentle soul.
A Private Family Service will be held with an interment to follow at Dresden Cemetery.
Donations made in memory of Mark to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation would be appreciated.
