McMahon: Matthew Donald -
A resident of Nakina, Ontario, Matthew McMahon passed away suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 24.
Born in Brampton, Matthew was the cherished son of Pat and Cathy (Loncke) McMahon.
Matthew was the beloved younger brother of Michael, Alison (Jon) and Christopher (Brenda).
Dear grandson to Wilfreda Loncke.
Dearly missed by his canine companion Luna.
Also missed by aunts, uncles, friends, cousins and extended family.
Matthew was apprenticing as an Aircraft Mechanic. He loved the outdoors and enjoyed living in the north where he could fish, snowmobile and hike with his dog Luna.
Matthew will be remembered for his soft heart and easy going nature.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Tuesday, August 3, 2021 from 6:00 - 9:00pm.
A Funeral Liturgy will be held at Blessed Sacrament, 145 Victoria Ave, Chatham at 11:00am on Wednesday, August 4, 2021.
Those attending the visitation are required to register at (https://signup.com/go/JqYOvxU) and those attending the service are required to register at (https://signup.com/go/RwOzaOk) or by phoning the Funeral Home. A Live-stream of the service will be available by CLICKING HERE. Interment to follow at St. Anthony Cemetery, Chatham.
