Bateman: Gladys -
A former resident of Ridgetown, Gladys Bateman passed away at the Meadow Park Nursing Home on August 1, 2021 at the age of 93.
Born in Chatham, Gladys was the daughter of the late Charles and Annabelle (Scott) Bateman.
Predeceased by siblings Edward (Verlyn) Bateman, Ruby (Doug) McDonald, John 'Jack' (Doris) Bateman, and Isabelle (Ernest) Fleetwood.
Sadly missed by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Special thank you to niece Darlene (Doug) Bateman for their faithful and caring compassion.
Gladys will be remembered for being such a hard worker (especially on the farm).
A private family service will take place at McKinlay Funeral Home in Ridgetown with an interment at Greenwood Cemetery to follow.
Donations made in memory of Gladys to a charity of choice would be appreciated.
