Obituary of Jane Neill
NEILL: Jane (nee Deseure) -
A resident of Ridgetown, and formerly of Charing Cross, Jane Neill passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at the age of 83.
Born in Orford Township, Jane was the daughter of the late Rene and Elodie (Poelvoorde) Deseure.
Beloved wife of 59 years to the late Frank Neill (2018).
Loving mother of Charlene Bedford (Richard) of Ridgetown and the late Patricia Neill (1983).
Proud Grandma to Danielle Bedford and Jeff Bedford (Sheila).
Great-Grandma to Ryleigh, Bryer, Madi and Bria.
Dear sister to Yvonne Lavigne (Jack) and Simonne Woods (late Norm).
Predeceased by her siblings Bennie Deseure, Henry Deseure, John Deseure and Erma Osborne.
Sister-in-law to Gordon Neill (Georgina), Beatrice Donais (Francis), Yvonne Oliver and the late Bob Neill.
Jane retired from Mallory Industries after many years of service.
She enjoyed sitting out on her deck enjoying the flowers, listening to the birds and playing with her puppy Gusie. She enjoyed riding the Harley with Frank and did a lot of travelling through Canada and the United States. She could often be found walking around Ridgetown, enjoying the sunshine.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 141 Park Street, Blenheim on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Those planning to attend are asked to register online at (https://signup.com/go/OZztmdT) or by phoning the Funeral Home.
A Private Family Service will be held with an interment to follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim.
The family would like to thank the V.O.N., Care Partners, Neighbourly Care and Dr. Morrison and staff for their care and compassion. Special thanks to our angel, Mary Beth for just being you.
