Met Wally over 30 years ago at the Highgate legion dart tournament. We've been buddies ever since. Won the 4 man teams together one year. Always looked forward to seeing him there, won't be the same without him. Deepest condolences to the whole family.

I have known Wally all my life. My deepest sympathies to Jeanette and the family. Wally was a very nice person and friendly to who ever he met. Very calm nature never seen him upset. Remember when I was a kid we would see them every Sunday. I will never forget Wally as we shared the same birthday.

So sorry for your loss. You have lost a wonderful man . I was introduced to Wally when I began to play Darts on Thursdays in Bothwell. Such a remarkable man, always with a big smile, and so many words of confidence as your dart partner. He was an incredible person and I am so glad that I knew him . Things about my Uncle Wally that I will always remember:
- he seemed to be a very genuine person
- when he asked you how things were going, he seemed very interested in what was going on in your life
- he always had a smile on his face
- he was soft spoken and kind natured
- I know he enjoyed having fun, but always did it in a modest and dignified manner

Walley has been a part of my life since the day I walked into view what is now my store, over 10 years ago. He was there then and has been with me every day since for coffee. He was a quiet man smiling all the time and we would get into great conversations about gardening and canning plus his home made wine he made. We will really miss him and his beautiful smile.
