Obituary of Jayne Marie Smith
Jayne Smith, a resident of Chatham, passed away at Copper Terrace Nursing Home, Chatham on Thursday, March 17, 2022 at the age of 71.
Born in Wallaceburg, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Patricia (nee Marshall) Seys.
Remembered always by her sons, Shawn Trudgen & Herb Trudgen, and step-sons, Daryl Trudgen, Terry Trudgen (Letha), & the late Troy Trudgen.
Grandma of Noah & Casey Trudgen, Sidney & Kayden Trudgen.
Sister of Kathy Mason. Predeceased by her siblings, Carol, Diane, Dan, & Barb.
Missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins & extended family.
Family to receive friends on Monday, March 21, 2022 from 2:00 - 4:00 pm & 7:00 - 9:00 pm at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. Cremation to follow. For those attending Visitation, please wear a mask and sanitize.
In memory of Jayne, donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent.
