DAWDRY: Ruth Leonore (nee Willimot) --
A resident of Chatham, Ruth Dawdry passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance-Chatham Campus on Saturday, May 28, 2022 at the age of 89.
Daughter of the late George (1984) and Doris (1989) Willimott.
Beloved wife to the late Herbert "Herb" Dawdry (1988).
Dear mother to David, Fred (Thelma), Dianne Massender (Dale), Brian (Christine), Albert (Francis), Kevin (Lori), and the late Paul (2018). Predeceased by her daughter-in-law Debbie Dawdry.
Fondly remembered by 23 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren.
Ruth is predeceased by 3 grandchildren.
Sister of Grant "Butch" Smith, the late Marylou Bridgen (1986), and the late Earl and the late Jack Willimot.
Cremation has taken place, a private graveside service will be held at Maple Leaf Cemetery at a later date.
Donations in memory of Ruth may be made to the Canadian Bible Society.
