Yule, Alexander “Jim”
It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Alexander “Jim” Yule on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at the Chatham Kent Hospice.
Born in Chatham, Jim Yule was the son of the late James and Betty Yule.
Beloved husband to Glenda Yule.
Loving father to Jamie Yule, Jodie Yule and her fur baby Cali.
Survived by sister Heather Blicharski and brothers-in-law Edward (Deb) Galbraith, Paul (Susan) Galbraith, David (Patricia) Galbraith and sister-in-law Karen (Brian) Dunlop.
Missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins and close friends.
Jim is predeceased by brother Harry Yule, his father and mother-in-law Glen (Freda) Galbraith and brother-in-law Howard (Linda) Galbraith.
Jim had a contagious laugh and loved cars. Glenda and Jim would often go to car shows and Sunday drives in their corvette. They also enjoyed travelling with their friends.
Family and friends will be received at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East, Ridgetown on Tuesday, June 21, 2022 from 2-4 pm and 6-8 pm. The funeral service is at the funeral home on Wednesday, June 22, 2022 at 1 pm. Interment to follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
Donations made in memory of Jim to the Chatham-Kent Hospice would be appreciated by the family.
