Obituary of Dana Holmes
Peacefully, with her family by her side, Dana Elanor Holmes passed away at the Chatham-Kent Hospice, after a courageous battle, in her 54th year.
She is reunited with her parents, the late Harold & Vicki (nee Goudreau) Jubenville, the late Donald Holmes (Kathy) and her furry best friend, Oreo.
Granddaughter of Donna Jean Goudreau and the late Lenard Goudreau.
Dana will be forever remembered by her son, Spencer Holmes and his partner, Meghan.
Loving sister of Lisa Holmes (Todd Urquhart), Shawn Dozois, Dawna Holmes, and Sue Jubenville.
Beloved aunt & best friend to Hunter Holmes (Alyssa) and great-aunt of Tomas.
Special niece to Michelle Clark (Dwight), Janice Hogle (Bob), Greg Goudreau, Mark Goudreau (Dorothy) and Paul Goudreau (Lee).
Missed by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family & friends.
Dana spent many years working with the March of Dimes and more recently, with Stan's Flowers. She enjoyed spending time with family, time in the sun and going for drives with her dog, Oreo. Her heart of gold will be forever remembered by all who knew her. Dana's greatest treasure and accomplishment was her son, Spencer.
As per Dana's wishes, a Private Family Celebration is to take place.
In memory of Dana, donations may be made to the Chatham-Kent Hospice Foundation.
