Obituary of Helen Murray
Murray: Helen Marie (Ross) -
A resident of Chatham, Helen passed away at the Meadow Park Nursing Home on October 9, 2022 at the age of 95.
Born in Camden Township, Helen was the daughter of the late Cecil and Cora (Hopper) Ross.
Beloved wife of 39 years to the late Jack Murray, and special friend of the late Alex Clark.
Survived by Daughter, Diane (John) McLagan of Chatham, Ontario; Son, Don (Jane) Murray of Komoka.
Loving Grandmother to Shealynn (Trevor) Murray, Kelly (Jim) Smyth, Michael (Beth) Murray and Sheila (Cory) Murray, and Great Grandmother to 11.
Helen was an avid Gardener, loved to travel and enjoyed playing golf especially at Maple City golf and Country club.
Friends and family are invited to the visitation in memory of Helen on October 22, 2022 from 11-1 with a private family service to follow.
A private interment will be held at a later date.
In keeping with Helen's wishes cremation has taken place.
Donations made in memory of Helen to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
