Tragically, on Friday, October 21st, 2022, Lucas Morin passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance at the age of 17.
Born February 14, 2005, he was the son of Jeannette Morin and John Brown (Becky White).
Little brother of Spencer Morin and older brother of Avri Morin. Step-brother of Paige & Evan White.
Grandson of Linda (nee White) & Michel Morin and Leigh Brown (the late Jennifer, 2017).
Great-grandson of Freda White & Joyce Bowls.
Nephew of Shannon White, Steve Morin (Darlene MacKenzie), Jason Morin, the late Michelle Lynn Morin (1995), Sarah Vandergaag (Drew), Donnie Bowls (Stacey).
Cousin of Hunter Morin, Steven Bellefeuille, Abby Bellefeuille, Owen Brown, Lealand Vandergaag, Maddox Vandergaag, Piper Vandergaag, Skyler Elgie, & Kassandra Bowls.
Lucas was in 11th Grade at Chatham-Kent Secondary School. He loved to cook and all things outdoors including kayaking and fishing. Born on Valentines Day, Lucas was the true definition of a lover not a fighter. He loved everyone, and made it his mission to make everyone happy around him. Lucas would do anything for anyone, give you the shirt off his back or be that shoulder to cry on with open ears. His presence, and hugs, will be deeply missed by his family, friends and the community.
Family to receive friends on Friday, October 28, 2022 from 6:00 - 9:00 pm at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham. A Private Family Service will be held with cremation to follow.
In memory of Lucas, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
