Babich: Alberto -
A resident of Chatham, Alberto Babich passed away at the home he built with his wife, with his loving family at his side on November 25, 2022 at the age of 89.
Born in Izola, Alberto was the son of the late Giovani and Francesca (Flago) Babich.
Beloved husband of 65 years to Giuliana (nee Mohorcich).
Survived by two sons, Fulvio (Lori Snary), & Silvano (Vivi) Babich.
Loving Nonno to A.J., Lucas, Abigale and Aiden.
Loving brother to his five siblings.
Alberto was a hard working family man who enjoyed gardening, hunting and fishing. He never hesitated to give a helping hand to his friends.
Visitation will be held at McKinlay Funeral Home, 459 St.Clair Street, Chatham ON, on Tuesday, November 29, 2022 from 2:00 - 4:00pm and 6:00 - 8:00pm. Parish Prayers to take place at 3:45 pm. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Agnes Roman Catholic Church, 52 Croydon St. Chatham, ON on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at 10:00am. Burial to follow in Maple Leaf Cemetery.
