FORD: Ronald Edward -
A resident of Oakville, formerly of Stratford and Ridgetown, Ron Ford passed away at the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at the age of 82.
Born in Chatham, Ron was the son of the late William "Bud" and Irene (Hall) Ford.
Loving father of Lisa Ford and Steven Ford (Lynne Campbell).
Proud Papa of Liam and Averey Campbellford.
Dear brother of the late Allen Ford, Marilyn Fleck (late Bob), the late Gary Ford (late Barb), the late Nancy Lelievre (late Paul), Jennie Sawyer (late Douglas) and Stanley Ford.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
Ron's work career was with the CIBC, he delivered Meals on Wheels in Oakville and Ridgetown, and he was a proud member of the Kiwanis Club while residing in Ridgetown.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 76 Main Street East Ridgetown on Friday, December 9, 2022 from 10:00am until the Celebration of Ron's life at 11:00am.
Donations made in memory of Ron in lieu of flowers to the Heart and Stoke Foundation (www.heartandstroke.ca) would be appreciated.
