Lenover: Laura (nee Oldershaw) -
A resident of Chatham, Laura Lenover passed away at the Riverview Gardens on February 6, 2023 at the age of 102.
Born in Chatham, Laura Lenover was the daughter of Frank and Alice (Quelch) Oldershaw.
Beloved wife of 70 years to Donald (2012).
Survived by five sons, Kent Lenover and friend Janet Buck of Chatham, Dan and Karen Lenover of Rondeau, David and Mary Lenover of Ridgetown, Brad and Carol Anne Lenover of Lambton County, Scott and Deborah Lenover of Calgary.
Forever missed by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
Predeceased by siblings Melba and Norm Nablo, Madeline and Ralph Coulter, Edna and Frank Irwin, Margaret and Gerry Robertson, June and Lloyd Brock, George and Marjorie Oldershaw, Clark and Millie Oldershaw, Jacqueline and Chuck Story.
Remembered by her sister-in-law Louise Morley of London.
Family would like to give special thanks to Grand Retirement Village, and Riverview Gardens for the compassionate care Mom received.
A private family service was held at McKinlay Funeral Home with Rev. Paul McPhail officiating. Words of remembrance were given by family and friends. Pallbearers were Chris, Chad, Adam, Todd, Eric, Jason, and Thad. Interment took place at Maple Leaf Cemetery, Chatham.
