Our sincere condolences on the passing of Bob. I have nothing but fond memories of the laughter from our kitchen when you were playing cards with my parents. I will always remember how kind Bob was to me and my family. Thank you for all your help with my Mother over these past years.

Blessings for you and your loved ones on the passing of Bob. I have many fond memories of visiting over the years whether on the farm, Pelee Island or going way back when you were living in Thamesford. Bob was always the life of the family gatherings with countless jokes and stories.

Sorry for Bob's passing.
I met Bob in the summers of 1960 and1961, and again with you at the Ridgetown HIgh School reunion all so many years ago.
The Loop family were neighbours of my uncle on Victoria ave, and I remember Bobs father Ed sitting on the porch with his cigar, Bernice a very good real estate lady tending the family, and Bob and I running around in his black Pontiac.

Irene, Mark, Janet, Ann, Doug, Emily, Louie, Quinton, Jenna, and Benjamin -our sincere condolences. I have been privileged to be a neighbour and coworker of Bob’s for most of my life. One year on the combine platform at the farm I was informed that, maybe- if I kept my nose clean, I too might be come a government inspector. That came to pass and over the years I was regaled with stories, including but not limited to chariot races, net minding without a mask, the early history of the Hillman Church, cockroach herding, hunting waterfowl with a nine iron, impromptu parades, mouth aging a cattle beast and jokes to numerous to count. Robert had a big personality that I was fortunate to experience. Our cherished Hillman is a little quieter now.

We were sad to hear about the passing of Bob. We know that the last few years were very tough on him and all of you. We have nothing but great memories of our interactions with Bob over the years, dating back to when you moved to our Hillman area. He was an amazing person and we especially appreciate his help with our Mother over the years after Dad passed so many years ago.
