GRAHAM: Nancy Sylvia (Lammens) -
A resident of Chatham, Nancy Graham passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus with her family at her side on Saturday, March 11, 2023 at the age of 76.
Born in Chatham, Nancy was the daughter of the late Richard and Lia (Devlaminck) Lammens.
Beloved wife of 50 years to the late Tom Graham (2014).
Loving mother of J.D. Graham (Susan), Kelli Graham and Tiffani Amato (Paul).
Proud Nanny to Blair Graham, Paytn Graham, Taylr Graham-Amato (Josh Kelly) and Olivia Amato.
Great-grandmother to Laytn, Kason, Luca, Ada, Legend and Lia.
Dear sister to Mary Jean Legary (Nick). Sister-in-law to Elaine Wilson.
Also missed by many nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Nancy was an avid reader and enjoyed traveling to Europe and the warmer climates. Nancy loved nothing better than to spend time with her children and grandchildren.
Family will receive friends at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham on Saturday, March 18, 2023 from 12:00pm until the Celebration of Life at 1:00pm. Cremation has taken place.
Special thanks to the staff of the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, particularly the Medicine A and the Emergency Departments, for their care and compassion.
