Breynaert, Joyce (nee Smith)
On Monday, March 20, 2023, Joyce Breynaert passed away peacefully at Riverview Gardens Nursing Home at the age of 86, one day shy of her 87th birthday.
Daughter of the late Lester & Jean (nee Rhunke) Smith.
She is reunited with her husband of 63 years, Joseph (2021).
Remembered always by her daughters, Cynthia (Blake) Bosselaar and Wendy (Mike) Fields.
Proud grandmother of Melissa (Arlen), Scott (Shawna), Stacie (Arnold) and Ashley.
Loving great-grandmother of Cameron, Amelia, Dylan, Aria & Gavin.
Predeceased by her brother, Laurel Smith.
Survived by sister-in-law, Marilyn Smith and cousin, Phyllis Urry.
Joe & Joyce enjoyed their many years out at the trailer in Rondeau Shores where they formed life long friendships. She will be dearly missed by her family & friends.
As per Joyce's wishes, cremation has taken place with no service.
In memory of Joyce, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Society of Chatham-Kent or to the Riverview Gardens Activity Fund.
