Obituary of Tyler Sidney McMichael
It is with profound sadness to announce the passing of Tyler Sidney McMichael on Wednesday, February 15, 2023 at the age of 24.
Born September 28, 1998, he was the loving son of Krista Mulholland (Wayne Losch), Anthony McMichael, and Rachel Brethour-McMichael.
Proud grandson of David and Janell Mulholland, and Mel and Lorraine Sekulich.
Dear brother of Justin Brethour, Chloe McMichael, Brayden Hansen, Nolan Brethour-Larouche, Kurtis Brethour-McMichael, and Ella Brethour-McMichael.
Great Grandson of Lois McMichael. Special Great Nephew of Linda (John) Collins.
Predeceased by special Great Grandpa W. Ross McMichael.
Nephew and cousin to many, that he loved and cared for deeply.
Tyler graduated from W. J. Baird Public School, which he still visited when in Blenheim to see his staff favourites there, and was working on obtaining his GED.
He was extremely humble, genuinely caring about those around him.
His kind, forgiving, and loving nature will be forever missed. This grieving began when he went missing on May 24, 2019, with a widespread search for him ever since.
Tyler’s interests and talents included breakdancing, beatboxing, bicycling, hiking, photography, cooking, and studying the Bible.
Forever remembered fondly will be the stories of the shenanigans Tyler & some of his siblings got up to on their bicycle rides as kids. And the bedtime books he loved to read to his baby brother Kurtis.
A Private Invite Only Family Service will be held.
Donations in memory of Tyler may be made to Youth Opportunities Unlimited (YOU) in London, or Canadian Mental Health Association - Chatham-Kent.
