Obituary of Bruce Copley

A lifetime resident of Raleigh Township, Bruce Copley was called home on Saturday June 10, 2023 at the age of 98.

He was the son of the late George & Carrie (nee Wilcox) Copley. 

Reunited with his wife, the late Jean Copley (2011). 

Forever missed by his daughters, Heather Dobbin and Rebecca Fuller (Russell). 

Grandpa of David Fuller (Julie), Sarah Hill, Andrew Dobbin, Bethany Fuller, James Dobbin, and Joseph Fuller.

Great-grandpa of Matthew Fuller, Abigail Fuller, Jillian Fuller, Alicia Fuller, Caleb Hill, Daniel Hill, Vashti Hill, Anna Hill, Mathias Dobbin, Noah Dobbin, Isaiah Dobbin & Naomi Dobbin. 

Brother of the late John Copley, Eunice Mann, Dorothy DeKoning, Bernice Suitor, Wesley Copley, Robert Copley, Ross Copley, Blake Copley, Sidney Copley.

Missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

Bruce worked within the construction business for many years. Bruce was a member of the Wallaceburg Gospel Hall. He enjoyed gardening and visiting with friends and relatives. He will be dearly missed by all. 

Family to receive friends on Friday, June 16th, 2023 at the Funeral Home, 459 St. Clair Street, Chatham from 1:00 pm until the Service at 2:00 pm. Burial to follow in Arnold Cemetery. 

In memory of Bruce, donations may be made to the International Bible House or to the Alzheimer Society of Chatham-Kent.
